Answers about data, reminders, Apple Health, purchases, and health information.
Entries and backups
By default, weight entries, notes, height, target weight, and water entries stay on your current device; automatic CloudKit sync is not enabled. You can authorize Settings > Apple Health Weight Sync to sync weight values and recording times between iPhone and iPad using the same Apple Account. Notes, status, settings, and hydration logs still require a local backup to move.
A reminder did not appear
Confirm that the relevant weigh-in, hydration, or weekly/monthly report reminder is enabled in the app, then check Weighloom’s notification permission in system Settings. Reminders are scheduled locally and do not require an internet connection. Reports are a Pro feature; basic hydration reminders are available to everyone.
Apple Health
Active Calories reads Active Energy only. Settings > Apple Health Weight Sync reads and writes Weighloom-created body-weight samples after you authorize access. If two devices do not sync, confirm that both use the same Apple Account, Health is enabled in iCloud, and Weighloom has body-weight read and write permission on both devices. The app does not enable CloudKit or send Health data to a developer-operated server.
Pro purchases and restoration
Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically; Lifetime is a one-time purchase. Apple processes all payments. Open Weighloom Pro in Settings and tap Restore Purchases to restore an active entitlement for the same Apple Account. Manage or cancel subscriptions in the system Apple Account subscription settings.
Trends, BMI, and health information
You can add multiple entries per day; cross-day trends use the day’s last entry. BMI, weight trends, hydration progress, the personal fluctuation baseline, and food information are general wellness references and do not replace medical advice or diagnosis. See Health & Safety Information and Sources.
